How secure is MAG Signature Sound?

Very secure! Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

After purchasing a product, when can I download it?

We supply instant downloads! Straight after you have completed the payment process, you will be able to download the product and will also receive a confirmation email with the download link.

I purchased a product, but didn't receive a confirmation email?

Please firstly check your spam email folder. If you still haven't received one, please use our 'contact us' page and we will be happy to sort the issue.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately we can not offer refunds on our digital products. If there is an issue with any physical merchandise, please use our 'contact us' page and we will be happy to assist.

Is there a limit to how many times I can download my product?

Each product purchased has a limit of 8 downloads. Please use our 'contact us' page for any queries regarding this topic.

Do you offer discounts on large orders?

If you are placing an order of 5 products or more, please use our 'contact us' page to find out exactly what discount we can offer you.

Are MAG Signature Sound products 100% royalty free?

All of our Sample Packs, MIDI Packs, and Soundsets are 100% royalty free to use in your own productions. Our Templates & Construction Kits can be used for educational purposes but can not be released as your own production. Please be aware, only the buyer has the right to use the products purchased. You are not entitled to share, distribute or re-sell in any capacity.

If a product gets updated, will I have to purchase it again?

Absolutely not! If a product gets updated, you will automatically receive a confirmation email to download the update free of charge.
