01 Is there a free trial available?
Refine doesn't currently offer a free trial, but one is coming in the next few weeks. In the meantime, check out the audio comparison examples on this page — real examples processed through Refine with no tricks — to hear it in action before you buy.
02 How do I install Refine after purchase?
After checkout, download the installer for your system (Mac or Windows) and open MAG Installer. Create or sign in to your account, then authorise your licence. An internet connection is required for installation and authorisation.
03 How many computers can I install Refine on?
Your licence covers up to 3 computers, so you can run Refine across multiple machines without needing to purchase additional licences.
04 Which DAWs and formats are supported?
Refine is available in VST3 and AU formats. It's compatible with Logic Pro X 10.3+, Ableton Live 11+, FL Studio 20+, Cubase 12+, Studio One 6+, Reason 12.5+, and Bitwig 5+. Full system requirements are listed at the bottom of this page.
05 What is your refund policy?
As a digital product, Refine is non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience a technical issue, please contact our support team and we'll do everything we can to resolve it.
06 I am having trouble with installation. Where can I get help?
Download the Installation Guide at the bottom of this page for step-by-step setup instructions. If you're still stuck, contact us via our contact page in the footer and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.
07 Do I need an internet connection to use Refine after installation?
An internet connection is required for installation, authorisation, and licence validation. Once authorised, Refine can be used offline in your sessions.
